Welcome! I am so happy you are here. My name is Maddison and I am a compassionate therapist who specializes in helping individuals heal from anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches such as ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) approaches to help clients break unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and build resilience.
